If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can ship it back to us in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. All returned products need to be in new and unused condition. All pool cues should be in new and unchalked condition. Pool Cues that are special ordered such as with engraving or non standard options are not returnable.
