We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all the products we sell, except pool cues with non standard options or engraving. Pool Cues with special options have the full manufacturers warranty. Cues after being chalked are considered used and are not returnable. If you're not satisfied with the product, return it back to us for a refund, exchange or credit. All we ask is that you try to keep all packing materials and, where possible, send the product back to us in as-new condition in the original packaging. No return authorization number is necessary. Just ship it back to us with a note indicating how you'd like us to handle the return.
