Effective on or after May 1, 2008 all Players cues are now covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects including warping. In order to make a claim you must send your Players cue (both sections if 2 piece) to Cue and Case Sales Inc, 190 Cumberland Park Drive, St. Augustine, Florida, 32095 Phone: 1-800-835-7665. You must include a copy of your original sales receipt from an authorized dealer and a note explaining what is wrong with the cue and the weight that you want on your replacement cue. Also include contact information. Only Players cues purchased on or after May 1, 2008 are covered by this lifetime warranty. Players cues reserves the right to determine if your cue is covered by this warranty.

great for the break.

I bought this cue and used it the same night and improved my break like crazy. I was droping two or three balls every break and geting a really good spread. This cue tends to shoot better when you shoot soft, I guess it's the impact of the wood to wood joint.

The pool cue is good have one myself but the only thing is about it what I dont like personally even though if a person wanted to buy it would be is this the tip thats on it new its a good tip but I chopped mine off and put a slip on tip so I can have more of a tip lke a bar cue and have more ball control evn I hated to do it. Other than that good stick for someone wanted one for a home or jusy playing for fun even if a person just ask if you wanted to play pool and have your own stick.
