We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all the products we sell, except pool cues with non standard options or engraving. Pool Cues with special options have the full manufacturers warranty. Cues after being chalked are considered used and are not returnable. If you're not satisfied with the product, return it back to us for a full refund, exchange or credit less any shipping costs.. All we ask is that you keep all packing materials and, send the product back to us in as-new condition in the original packaging. If you have questions or need assistance returning a product please contact us. No return authorization number is necessary. Just ship it back to us with a note indicating how you'd like us to handle the return. Drop ship items direct from manufacturers may have a restocking fee. If an item is defective or damaged you must contact us before returning so we can arrange the return shipping with our shipping company or process damage claims with UPS. Billiards.com will not reimburse for shipping unless it's authorized before the return. Please contact us with any questions or for further information.

***Pool table cloth must be inspected, which includes making sure the cloth fits; before installation. Once any part of the pool table cloth is installed it is not returnable or exchangeable.

A pool table is a large piece of furniture and an investment; please evaluate issues such as personal finances, space requirements, family issues and other peripheral issues before purchasing a pool table.
Contact us before ordering to ensure all your questions are answered and you get the right table. Before you complete your pool table order, we’ll confirm everything with you, to ensure that: The intended location of the pool table in your home will support the weight. You or the installers will be able to get the pool table into the intended location. If you’re taking delivery yourself, that the semi-trailer truck will be able to park at the curb in front of your home, and you will be able to safely unload the 1000 pounds of pool table components from the truck. Unassembled Tables We may approve a return on a new table only if the table is new, unassembled and still in original boxes and packaging, in their original condition. If a table has been installed, it’s a used table. However, if you decide to return a new, unassembled table, you will have to pay for the outgoing and return shipping costs, as well as any installer handling fees (if you chose the White Glove Installation option). These are 1000 pound shipments—shipping costs are expensive and can be up to $1000.

White Glove Installation Cost: $399.99 (for most locations) Choose the White Glove Installation option from the pop-up that appears after you add your table to the cart.

**NOTE**: There are a few possible exceptions where an installation surcharge may apply, such as installs in remote locations, islands or high-density metro areas, unusual or limited setup needs or stairs. If you suspect your situation might be challenging, call us first to get an installation quote.
